Sunit Gala

Biography

Sunit Gala is the founder and CEO of Blisstering Solutions, a Drupal consulting shop. Most recently, he was VP of Engineering at CareSeek, a funded Web 2.0 start-up in the Healhcare space. Prior to that he was at Oracle responsible for Pre-sales Enablement and Solutioning for all Business Intelligence product lines in the North American Sales organization, a $100 million business. Sunit was also at SAS Institute, responsible for setting up a high-tech sales practice. He has held technical and management positions at Oracle, Sybase and UniSQL.

Sunit has published over 20 academic articles on object-relational, distributed and semantic database systems. Sunit earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, and BE (Instrumentation) from BITS, Pilani.
